Working with Roos was a wonderful experience. She is thorough, very professional, and incredibly personable. She helped us find exactly what we want, and she negotiated fairly and firmly. As non native speakers, there are parts of the process that could have been difficult, but she clearly and consistently gave us the information and guidance we needed with a personal touch.
